Mr. Shao is a Chinese-registered attorney, graduated from Dalian University of Technology and majored in aircraft design. Mr. Shao is expert in patent application, response to office action, patent reexamination, invalidation and administrative litigation, covering the fields of Mechanical Engineering, Automation and Vehicle-Engineering. From 2017 onward, Mr. Shao has been dedicating in intellectual property industry, having a deep understanding of Chinese intellectual property law and gathering plenty of experiences related to patent matters through a great many practical works, especially composing a large number of patent applications in Chinese. Apart from Chinese patent applications, Mr. Shao has also dealt with foreign patent applications for Chinese applicants from mainland, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, responding to hundreds of office actions of patent applications from US, Japan and European countries, which show her well-knit and extensive professional knowledge as well as the abilities to analyze and solve problems comprehensively.
